Operating model
From enquiry to discharge
Origination
We map real supply and real demand — refineries, mills, yards, traders, and end buyers — rather than recirculating third-hand offers.
Qualification
Both sides are tested against the same questions: what is the product, where does it sit, who controls it, and what evidence supports the claim.
Structuring
Contract terms, Incoterms, inspection regime, tolerance, and payment instrument are agreed in writing before either side commits resources.
Coordination
Inspection, freight, and documentation are tracked to delivery, with both principals held to the same timeline.
We work direct or one step removed
If a chain cannot be verified end to end, we decline it rather than pass it along.
Evidence before introduction
Documentation is requested and reviewed at the stage it is meaningful, not after a counterparty has been exposed.
Aligned fees
We are paid on closed transactions, not on introductions, mandates, or paperwork.
Discretion by default
Counterparty identities, allocations, and commercial terms stay between the principals and the desk.
